Three years ago this month, I took the vacation of a lifetime. I
visited my sister Cam in Fairbanks, Alaska, driving the 3000 miles from
Los Angeles. We spent eight days touring Alaska together. She
showed me salmon and otters and huskies and cats, knitting and berries, mountains and glaciers
and woods and fjords. Then I took a ferry from Alaska down
to the lower 48 and a final week touring national parks, volcanoes, and
coastlines from Washington and Oregon to home in California. I took this anniversary month to tag and geocode the photos. Here are the albums:   |
